I made eye contact with a baby in the store a few days ago and she beamed with delight when I smiled at her. Everyone but the two of us were masked. She was so surprised! It’s so sad what is happening to children.

I have done this with several babies and see their eyes light up and get huge smiles on their faces. They need that interaction.
