There's an Asian woman who lives down the street from me and on her daily walks she will stand on someones driveway if there is a person walking in her direction...on the other side of the street. She wears two masks and a face shield.

I tried asking her once why she wears masks and behaves like that outside by herself and she just kept her head down and facing the other direction and walked faster. I was on the opposite side of the street when I asked lol
