Notice what she did? She changed the eliminated the word 'EQUITY' and replaced it with 'OPORTUNITY'. What's the difference? 'EQUITY' is tied to outcomes and is selective in how it's applied (think reparations), while 'OPPORTUNITY' is applied equally to all. Opportunity levels the playing field for everyone while equity tilts the table to the preferred outcome. She just eliminated the Racist program of the former Gov.
