1 full year of an occupying enemies attacks (like a digital attack on an election for example, or a biological attack like a virus)
If they don't reveal who they are working for once they take over a country they become a belligerent occupying force and are fare-game for the country military to attack them on their own countries soil. (not with tanks in this case, but arrests. )
Any person in the military that takes actions to protect the constitution and against these belligerent occupying enemies, they are no longer subject to a global court.
The belligerent occupying enemies once captured are subject to a global court (think Nuremberg)
So if the Biden handlers actually did work with china in ways to take control of the country, and they were successful on Jan 20th (inauguration day) then at 12:01 pm one year later, they are subject to global court and US military action against them on American soil. Unless they reveal who they are.
So you would start possibly seeing (unless secret) arrests after 12:01 pm.
Also yesterday was national popcorn day lol.
the one-year mark is in accordance to the geneva convention referenced in the Law of War manual.
Also just because they CAN do something starting today doesn't mean they will.
It's possible that now they can pressure people on the fence to work with them (like paperclip kind of) or defect or talk.

This is absolutely right, a lot of my friends have children who are in the military and it sounds like dozens of them just in my friends group have been activated this week and have been traveling around the country for "training missions". Many of them have been sent to DC, why would be need 100,000 infantry soldiers in DC today!?!?! So excited to see the hangings and executions on live TV.

Do we honestly believe that there will be hangings of American citizens on LIVE TV? It just seems absurd. They wouldn't even show pictures of Bin Laden's dead body. And what about due process under the law? I just don't believe there is any way our entire judicial system gets thrown out the window overnight and we suddenly start hanging citizens on TV.
