I’m in TN, no masks but those pics were taken in L.A. . Anytime I see pics of celebrities in LA they’re usually out and about with masks and so is everyone around them.

Haven’t been there since younger but just basing off celebs pics you see but looking at most recent ones they do seem to be more and more mask less
