Everyone has underground tunnels. Its the one major advantage countries have against our superior tech. Iran, China, NK, and many other countries can moves massive numbers of troops and even launch planes from underground. Pretty sure the NWO was supposed to use these tunnels to move massive numbers of enemies into US cities.
