What is Devoloution?
I know that today is when the Obama presidency docs are released; is it tied to that?
Devolution is the written description put out by Patel Patriot describing the military plan under the law of war. Essentially today marks the 1 year since foreign actors interfered with our election and installed an enemy occupying government in D.C. The law of war manual from the DOD says that the military can act after 1 year. Biden was sworn in at noon last year. I hope I have those details right.
Before this recent view of "devolution", the term was originally made popular by the band DEVO.

Again, devolution is a word. Means "return". You can infere that's the return of power. Either to the people or to the rightfull owner. But it could mean anything. I believe that it's a theory created to make the idea that, at some point, Trump would be reinstated as the rightfull President, but I don't see it happening as quickly as that. But, then again, I didn't see the planes hitting the towers the night before and it all happened very quickly. Such a dramatic, world changing event, will probably happen in such way.
