The filing of taxes is an important obligation of permanent residents and citizens. Thus far, no derp they are not the same thing. Yet.

How so? Citizen HAVE to file taxes and they have to get vaxxed.

Illegal aliens don't have to file taxes and they don't have to get vaxxed either.

You say yet... I say ummm really? Explain to me again how they don't parallel each other in almost every way.
