If he filed in Feb 2020, I am assuming it was within 45 days of the briefing. So whats the problem here?
The problem here is that Rand has been making fauci and friends look like total asshats so the msm had to step in and do their job which is to use clickbait headlines to get their brainwashed followers to believe the Paul family is getting rich from insider trading.
You know they have no ammo because all they can call out is a tiny investment his wife made into a company who makes an ineffective treatment that didn't even make them any money.
He filled the disclosure this year, not in February 2020, but it's not even sketchy when you look at the real improper insider trading that occurs in the halls of Congress, which to CBS credit they do state in the article but they know their airhead audience doesn't actually read whole articles but will pick up the headline and start telling everyone how corrupt Rand Paul is.
Now that they got this on the table let's do any member of Congress who has moderna or Pfizer holdings while they have actively blocked access to any treatment other than the clot shots.
