Just like ANYTHING you read, hear, watch. Take it with skepticism. Know there is false/mis/disinformation everywhere, even here. Don't fully trust anyone giving you info at face value. you need to research and verify it all yourself before spreading it. Or just store it in your back pocket for later if you don't feel like researching at the moment. Just remember it's unverified by YOU.
