Steve Kirsch has also been challenging everyone he can think of to a debate. He even offered to pay someone a million bucks just to show up.

Imagine if a football team declared victory over their opponents prior to the game, then refused to show up because they knew they would win, so what's the point? That's basically what is happening here. That might make a decent meme.
