Ph Level? Acidic products produce false-Positives? Like Coke, diet Coke, Fanta, Lemonade, and water?

And Alkaline products provide False-Negatives? It appears Apple Juice, Orange Juice act alkaline. I wonder what Alkali water like Zero produces (false-negative?)
