I would also say that if the news reports are accurate, and the person managing the guns really had allowed a mixture of live ammo and blanks, and didn't keep real ammo totally separate and controlled, then that person is also guilty of a crime. If this really was an accident and the reports were accurate then she would share the responsibility.

I agree. She was responsible for the guns as well. Alec Baldwin was responsible for handling the gun in a safe manner.
