Him and Tino Struckman lay it out about Hans Kammler and the V Weapon programs- spoiler- they were way ahead, and the folks who built that stuff went to work in US (and to a lesser degree, Soviet) military industrial complex. Other Nazi affiliated groups and individuals started the organization that was the precursor to the EU.
