Nope, Blackstone is paying g up ton40 percent over value to convert their fiat dollars to real.property. when new money comes, they sell and get rich again. Those selling are helping them. Here in vegas there is an entire subdivision alm owned by Blackrock. ALL the homes are being rented. Boise idaho has one too.
