Awwww the poor black guy he was just acting in self defense. That racist white cop was disrespecting him and he needed to teach that cop a lesson. Justice for the black guy! Go check out his go fund me page and lets get his $2 bail oh wait i forgot they got rid of that in NYC but yeah and the New Mayor needs to tell his fellow officers to not police since u know they bother us from doing our illegal shit.
