Assuming an effective vaccine and an actual global pandemic, how would it not be in our best interest to prevent in other countries infection that could spread around the world, and back to us?
It's not really about letting them die off. It's about letting them either handle their own problems. If they can do that, you're right survival of the fittest. We should butt out, and let them roll the dice.
Right, and neither is giving them unnecessary vaccines. The point being that if they care, you think they'd address those issues first.
