I don’t go in the bank either. Sometimes it might be necessary. A family friend died last month & his spouse had to go in bank to take out money for expenses. Honestly that’s not the point. The point is they bank (or any business) is there to serve the customer. It’s the same song everywhere! One group says wear mask & that makes their opinions the most important. I went to the local Italian restaurant in little rural town, Eastern North Carolina. The restaurant is in a strip mall. There’s an insurance company in the mall. (I believe Nationwide) They have a sign on the door. (If you don’t have a mask we can help you outside.) I’m sure some customers actually stand outside to do business with this company. If it were me, I’d be finding a new company.
