OK, now that I've watched and transcribed the above clip and the intro to the full video on YouBoob from 2018, [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N02SK9yd60s] I have now learned that this guy knows all of this because has been working by appointment with the US Goverment in the following agencies:
