China is paying outrageous amounts right now to soak up our real estate. If it wasn't such a hassle to move, lots more people would consider this and sell out to the Blackrocks, etc. I have a friend who works for the Amish - they're (the Amish 2 guys he works for) are purchasing anything they can buy right now, doing a quick renovation (cheap labor) and they have Chinese-tied purchasers on standby to automatically purchase the realty for a nice tidy profit. Our next generation is going to be in bad shape if we don't put some limits on this. Same with our farmland.

The housing market is at its peak thats when u sell is this really evidence that white hats are in control? Guys u need tobstep into the real world sometimes legit this is the best time to sell the market is 30% inflated
You can either believe that they are simply making smart financial moves in a sellers market or that the global pedophile ring is collapsing and all of Hollywood is being forced to liquidate all their assets and go into hiding to avoid capture and public execution. If you follow the principle of parsimony you have to believe the latter is the correct answer
