Paul LaViolette and T. Thomas Brown - recommended as engineers who write about clandestine tech esp. involving antigravitic tech. (rotational mercury plasma electromagnetic engines, etc.) and their relationship to time-space manipulation.They refer to the equations and theory throughout.
