Was just doing some searches over the q posts and saw this one. Maybe nothing, but I guess I looked into it because I noticed the crt in the url. I don't think that's significant but just caught my eye so I navigated to the link. I'm no lawyer so not exactly sure what Section 242 of Title 18 is saying, but wondering whether it could apply to the mandates and/or the J6 detainees and/or unlawful election changes and/or a bunch of other things the tyrannical politicians are trying to do.

That is a section that will be used to prosecute a lot of the criminals in power. It's about government overreach, and makes it illegal.
Yes, there was talk about using this against the SOS's that changed voting laws just weeks before the election, with no authority to do so.
Yes, it's applicable to government officials. And also to officers who run corporate, which are created by state charters granted by a SoS. The SoS swears an oath to the Constitution, so those who run things under a charter are also bound by the Constitution.
Title 42, section 1984 is the civil equivalent of the criminal title 18, section 242.
