It appears that the US has not signed onto this convention although it has been being pushed for decades. Trying to figure out how some parks appear to be under it's jurisdiction. This was mentioned 6 moths-1 year ago on here. Explains a lot about why the parks are not being maintained as well as they once were.
Scary huh? I haven't found much info on this..at least credible, but will keep digging ..stay frosty fren.
