This is BS. If the president doesn't have the power to force VA employees to get it, how on earth does a non-elected "official"?
They will lose this gamesmanship ploy. This person needs to be charged with a crime for attempting to override a judge's order. Nothing gives a government servant more power than a president, and it's obvious this judge identified any president as not having power to do this. Full Stop.
I'm at a VA in the south. Tons of unvaxxed. All my triple vaxxed coworkers have had covid twice over the past 6 months. 3 nonvaxxed have tested positive in 3 months. 100s out a week who are vaxxed. Crazy.
Agreed. There are so many Jabbed VA employees calling off sick. Some say they are coof positive and others are too arrogant to admit they have the coof.

Full stop. Short drop. Sudden Stop
VA employee too huh? It says we still have to test. I call bullshit.
I’m a non-clinical VA employee too
Pisses me off. The audacity of these so called Americans

They are required all VA employees who have any symptoms to get tested
Well that’s a change. Earlier language states if jabbed you can still be at work, even if positive.
Wonder how long it will take until the VA is sued over this?
Someone really, really wants to get sued.
Wait, Isn't Youngkin VA?
VA in this instance is the Department of Veterans Affairs
Ah, that makes sense now, thanks for explaining it. Haha
Veterans Administration medical centers, not Virginia
