Lol, this OP is getting ridiculously little traction. That's totally OK. But I do want to make it clear that YGB and the Q Drops are presented together not to imply a link between [good] and Goodman. Frankly, that'd be retarded.
What I'm saying is read the story, if you want check out the footnotes (I didn't bother). It lays it all out, for the post-Colonial era audience. Down to baby sacrifice.
8th graders can handle this 20 minute read. It's essential American Literature. 💗
