one day, probably very soon, the truth will become known to everybody. At which point, big pharma is phucked, which means no more grant/blood money for your little projects.

So, what you will be left with is exactly the same as if you speak up now and they pull your grants, i.e. nothing, except that everyone will know you took your 30 pieces of silver and sold your soul to the devil.
