Bleh, I hate the phrase "on the right side of history".
This is an Obamaism. It was coined, used and promulgated by Obama, and is rooted in the Marxist concept of history: be on the right side (overthrow the Capitalists)
Just like "Capitalism" - this expression was created by Marx, and sadly, so much of the world has adopted it, without understanding that in doing so, they validate Marxism.
"Free marketism" "Free enterprise" etc these are much better expressions, devoid of Marxist ideological contexts.
Likewise, DON'T be on the "right side of history".
People who understand history, language, culture and society.
Looks like you're rather ignorant of the Frankfurt school, and why the culture marxists manipulate language so much. They do that because they know how powerful it is.
And, filthy, part of the message being said is "Obama was an influential and important President of the United States."
Just because you are ignorant of the message, doesn't mean its not there.
pretty sure "on the right side of history" falls into none of what you mentioned. saying "on the right side of history" doesn't even IMPLY "obama was an influential and important president" or whatever. same with capitalism btw

Be on the side of Truth.
who asked and who cares? the history of the phrase doesn't matter, what matters is the message being spread.
Bwahahahah.
Who cares?

Either way, have a nice day!
