Never leave home without a full charge. Never go out and not know where a super charger is located. If you don't have a Tesla you are screwed because all the other chargers are slow as shit running down a glacier in the arctic.

Tesla and a supercharger is 40 minutes if you find a really good one. Everything else is HOURS usually 3 to 7 hours to charge a car to full.

I am sure rolling power outages will help.
