In my mind, I know Ukraine is rich with minerals and natural gas. Hunter, Devin Archer, Pelosi's son and Mitt Romneys nephew all were involved in setting up deals to move those natural resources around to the highest bidders. I'm sure they are still making money on the deals. So the big guy is using American tax payers money to protect his sons grift.

Ukraine has two things way more important to Russia than minerals etc...
#1 Farm land. Most of Russia is a frozen wasteland that doesn't grow food very well. Russia needs to feed its people. Its populations is growing.
#2 Sea ports that aren't iced in 8 months out of the year.
