I was put on this shit... glad I recovered, but I am still feeling residual effects. It hammers your immune system hard and can cause you to easily catch others things you otherwise would repell naturally.
Not sure cleanse would fix it. If you have a recommendation please give. I have just been drinking water like crazy in hopes to help with my kidneys. Plus taking multivitamin, Zinc and NAC.

Vitamin B's and omega 3's. So fish for example.
Lots of water and keep it natural, no supplement pills and giant vitamin packs. Both supplements and vitamins are hard on your liver. Many vitamin packs contain a liver pill to help negate the impact.
