Bingo.

The fact we don’t know and CloudFlare is the CDN should be a pretty huge Red Flag.

CloudFlare is a super super bad idea. Their business model is basically going to small to medium internet sites and getting them to forward all traffic through CloudFlare. If you dig into their EULA etc they def say they are free to resell / share the data they collect and they are very careful not to cite what that data is ( they handle all traffic sooook everything ).
