Almost every venue on the tour is owned by Live Nation, which is enforcing the va card/neg test. I really don't even care about showing a test, despite it being retarded. I keep a neg test in my jacket pocket if needed.
It’s more the sponsor than of the venue. I don’t know how all that works. Each city might have one of two large arenas for concerts and games. Live Nation is the biggest contract promotion company. Next is Ticket Master which is owned by Live Nation. Then there’s a smaller company, AXS.
Over the past ten years I’ve been to many concerts. I’ve seen Live Nation take over the ticket industry. They don’t have to fight scalpers because they brought scalping into their system. (Long story, look up resale tickets on any show.)
Look at those two links below on the two ticket companies vaccine policy. Sounds like AXS leaves it up to the venue or artist.
There are some artists that are standing up and not requiring vax or neg Covid test.
I know of two:
Luke Combs
Travis Tritt
Jason Aldean claimed he wasn’t playing venues that required vax status. I saw many fans post on his Instagram last summer say they had tickets & couldn’t go because they didn’t have vax. I think he canceled two shows. I’m a little suspicious of artist that make a big scene! Remember he was at Trump’s New Year’s Eve Party.
Eric Church has been one of my top favorite artists for years. I’ve seen him many times. He was on the cover of Billboard Magazine getting his vaccine.
For the first time in my life I’ve unfollowed most of my favorite music artist.
If all these big artists stood up to Live Nation & their record labels this would stop in a very short time. Also if the fans would stop going to the shows it would stop.
I was considering going to a local concert at a small venue in Raleigh NC a few weeks ago. It’s a little more than a bar. It’s got a stage.
I didn’t buy tickets when they went out on sale because I knew things were crazy with the rules. I’ve seen this artist in little bars & with big acts in big venues.
On the venue website: with the current omicron we are requiring everyone wear mask except when you are sipping on beverage. NOPE!
I’m not going to be singing & dancing plus hot 🥵 with a mask on!
🙄 Just checked their site: the current artist requiring vaccine & mask.

As my hubby said, “I thought our concert days were over”
I guess he was right!
I really don’t think he ever intended on running for office. I think he was trying to cause friction for the democrat in his district. I don’t remember who it was. Let’s face it he’s always been a showboat. The only reason he calmed down and got a little bit of morals, pride for the patriot or what ever you want to call it, was because he hooked up with Hank Williams Jr. I’m a late to the Kid Rock fan base. Honestly I don’t know if I’m a true fan! I never liked his music. He was opening for Eric Church in NC years ago so I started listening to him. I was at a point in my life where I didn’t give an F about some things & I really related to his music. I really enjoyed his show. I still listen from time to time because I love music that lets me forget the problems of the world. That said it doesn’t mean I’m a FAN & buy into into their persona.
I saw that on an Instagram post. I think that might a VIP ticket. Which is still crazy. Most of those VIP tickets will be beside a regular price ticket. Depending on artist it might include merchandise or a meal. Pre Covid that VIP ticket would have been $200.00. Concert prices have almost doubled.
Even if I was filthy rich I wouldn’t pay for that much to see anyone.
Not sure if you are familiar with Morgan Wallen, the country artist that was recorded by a neighbor saying the N word. It caused a big stink. His label dropped him. He took a break, went to rehab, came back apologizing, & on TV shows. Big names were standing with him & had him at their shows. My daughter was going to buy tickets for next summer. $400.00 for 2nd section seats that are normally $75.00 at a regular country concert, big name country artist. He’s selling out. I told my husband, that made his career saying that, if it was even a mistake.
The concert ticket sales is very confusing. I think they make it that way on purpose. It’s really bad when they go on sale & everyone is on their trying to get the best seats or pit. Many artists sell out in minutes. We have had three people trying to buy for one concert.
I’ve learned a lot over the years. If it ever gets back to normal ( no vax) and you want to go start checking the website the week of concert & craigs list. Especially if you are willing to do the pit. They will open up more pit tickets & more seats because they don’t sell those VIP tickets.
We have bought tickets on Craigs list & paid through pay pal or met the people. Only with my husband with us. You buy the tickets up to six months in advance and some people can’t go they will get rid of tickets cheap. I’m not on Facebook anymore. That’s a good place to find tickets on the artist event page. Back when we were following one artist we bought a lot on Facebook.
I know it sounds crazy. Some people do sports. We did concerts.
I miss it so much. We have made some good friends at these shows.
Ha Ha, I wouldn’t get a lawn ticket if it was free. I’ve seen people leaving the lawn looking like they were in mud wrestling all night. You get a week of rain & a weekend concert it’s nasty. I’m spoiled even in my 50s I’d rather be in the pit standing crowded shoulder to shoulder. Oh, the good ole days.
Subs, just maybe it is the venue
The Venue is my guess.

Guess he just sent his political future down the toilet.

I don’t know how to edit my post. These are fan’s comments on Kid Rock’s Instagram post. He announced a new tour yesterday and tickets went on sale today. He also released new songs today. ⚠️EXPLICIT⚠️ https://open.spotify.com/track/3pjsvuym4GmDzwTwIMQFlK?si=FnHjXEPfStSMV7T2-_4UxQ

I always admit when I’m wrong!
****Finally a music artist, celebrity fighting vaccine mandates!

Can't verify on the venues, but I can verify he wants $450 a ticket.
I wouldn't pay that much for any musician.

Did more research it was in a small venue that's why.
Looks like it depends on venue. I see lawn tickets for 75 bucks at bigger venues. Just checked on ticketmaster

Kid Rock likes cock... Its all about money...
I believe it’s about the money for most celebrities!
Really? I’ve never heard that. Are you joking or is into dudes? Honestly I don’t care either way what people as long as they aren’t kids and others.
