Well, Q did say 4-6% lost forever, though sometimes 20-30% seems more likely. 'Just hoping there's some way my 20-30% is wrong, that 4-6% is more accurate and that all the control, brainwashing, obedient compliance, etc. is cast aside and causes everyone to be more discerning and rebellious when fed info and told to "do what you're told".
