Is Steineke’s unconstitutional claim based on the State Constitution of Wisconsin or the Constitution of the United States? Just because he says it is doesn’t make it so.
Bet he would be hard pressed to show where either constitution says decertifying a fraudulent election result is illegal. Think about it, he is claiming committing election fraud is protected by the constitution as long as the fraud is not detected or is denied long enough for the results to be certified. Anyone really believe that?
