Any specific magnesium I should be taking? I haven't been taking Mag ever since going on the Zelenko protocol but I've started to see more posts saying Mag is needed.

I went to the vit store to check out Mag but there's a lot of different kind of Mag, too many for me to memorize them all so anything specific it should be saying on the label so I can take it?

Also I see you mentioned zinc ionopore, is there something specific that I need to take? I bought the one you would usually find at any supermarket that carries vitamins and it simply says, "Zinc" on the label.
