I think civil war covers the situation.

It's West Ukraine Vs Russian speaking East Ukraine (Donbass region) It's being going on for years. Ever since Yanukovich got colour revolutioned (Maidan revolution) and Yatseniuk and then Poroshenko were installed by CIA and Victoria Nuland.

10 000 people died so far at least. Lots of civilians were targeted. Very nasty!
