"Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons" signed by Biden.

I want to believe she's legit, but the wrong people have chosen her for this award.

Did he pick her though or is it like those elementary school p.e. awards the president "signs?" All I know is that Tanya (R) just ran for house and lost by about 1%.
