Found this in a telegram group, decoding chat. It now has some serious SAUCE. Fun to speculate.
Here's my theory/spitball from Jan 1.
Here we go.....
If Kamala is gonna get nominated for
Supreme Court, then someone MUST
RETIRE OR DIE on SCOTUS.
Stephen Breyer is old & liberal.
He will most likely retire.
Then Biden will nominate Kamala, &
she will resign as Vice President.
In order to be confirmed, Kamala will
have to have hearing & be confirmed
by the Senate only.
Senate currently has majority 50/50
with Schumer in charge.
Normally, VICE PRESIDENT would be
deciding majority vote.
But it will be vacant until she's
confirmed. She can't vote.
That would mean we needed a
Democrat Senator to resign or be
removed bc of criminal charges or
indictment.
If a Democrat Senator from a state with
a Republican Governor resigns, then
the Republican Governor can
immediately install whoever they
choose……they can install a
REPUBLICAN.
Which Democrat Senator currently has
a brand new Republican Governor?
Virginia. Glenn Youngkin.
Which Democrat Senator might be
indicted by Durham?
The Virginia Senator that was planned
to run as Vice President with Hillary
Clinton maybe? Tim Kaine.
Breyer resigns. Kamala nominated,
Kamala resigns.
Durham serves Tim Kaine an
indictment. Tim Kaine resigns
Gov Youngkin appoints a Republican
Senator.
Republicans now have the majority in
the Senate.
Schumer in no longer majority leader.
Mitch McConnell is now the leader of
the SCOTUS hearing.
The same Mitch McConnell that
refused to let Obama appoint Merrick
Garland during election year of 2016.
Same Mitch McConnell that waited so
that Trump could appoint Kavanaugh
to SCOTUS.
Same Mitch McConnell that waited so
that Trump could appoint Kavanaugh
to SCOTUS.
Same Mitch McConnell that let Trump
appoint & confirmed Amy Cohen
Barrett in an election year in 2020.
This was the plan all along. It's why
Young kin distanced himself from
Trump, so it wouldn't look like a
scheme.
It's why Trump has distanced himself
from McConnell, so it wouldn't look
like a scheme.
Then comes the first arrest…BIDEN.
Then comes Pelosi arrest.
Then comes Grassley.
Then comes the FLIP.
Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, and Hawaii are the only states that require the governor to choose someone from the resigning (or indicted) Senator’s party. In most other states, including Virginia, the governor appoints a temporary replacement to serve until the special election can be held. In most states, the governor appoints anyone he wants, generally from his own party.

False premise is that a Republican governor can replace a Dem with a Rep. Certainly not true in Arizona.

TY. I still think we have the better way. This applies to the Reps too.
