Not all of D.C. is shuttered and closed. Most of [them] live in the 3 counties surrounding D.C.
I say, we start there and continue forward to D.C.
We have more than enough truckers to do this. And down here, it won't just be the truckers. It'll grow to gargantuan proportions with most of us, and the shipping/logistics personnel working at the loading docks and warehouses. If nothing is moving because most of the truckers would be in the convoy, then there's plenty of time for the logistics crews who load those trucks and fill the warehouses to join in on the fun.
My brother works in the logistics business for a major shipping company in TN. He and ALL of his coworkers are chomping at the bit to do something. I will suggest to him that he start organizing a convoy of our own. I also have some former Marine buddies who are truckers now. Will be having the same convo with them.
Let's see if we can get something "moving" on this.
