Adjudication is not perfect, however trial by peers and resultant guilt or not guilty is the best thing. We should never error on the side of caution or it is death by a thousand papercuts.

Up the punishment to physical castration and imprisonment for a long time. That will have the direct result of reducing public acceptance of pedophilias, thus reducing pedophilia, and thus reduce the chance of innocent people being found guilty.

Besides that, the innocent can petition for retrial and have a new jury and judge to be absolved if they are truly innocent.

There will be a generation of humans that passes, before this improves and there will be bumps along the way, but eventually pedophilia will go back to having the stigma it deserves. At least in Western Culture.

The only hope for Muslims is they convert to being a real human being, thoughtful, and respectful of human entities no matter their age.

Yes, this solution is not perfect. But it is better than promoting child sexual abuse rampant in our society. The pendulum swings back to overcorrect. So be it. It is better to correct than stay the course we are on. How a society treats it children determines the value of a society. And we do not send them off to war at the drop of a hat either. That is a different subject...
