Is that child masked or is it for the cold? Doesn't drop below 10 C where I live so I don't use cold weather gear.
Sadly it's most likely because she has been psychologically scarred by her leaders and educators. Now she can't part with the mask.
In -10F weather those masks might do some good for once. They keep your breath warm and keep your face from freezing off. I don’t know if OP is meaning F or C but it’s likely F since -10F is normal where I live. -13F = -25C
