Sin is the wrong choice. Anger is an emotional response.

Part of a problem I see in many Christians is they fall for the lie that having anger is the same as sinning.

Be angry and sin not.

Also please note that it is not wrong to act on your anger. It is only wrong to sin in that action.

Will it be difficult sometimes to recognize and stay on the line of acting righteously in anger? Yes.

Will some people error and go too far sometimes thus acting in sin within their anger? Yes.

Will living in prayer help the Christian, who has anger about a legitimate issue, to act and respond in a way that is without sin? Yes.
