Yes there were documents floating around over a year ago that detailed the marching orders countries were to follow if receiving IMF funds. It was public information. I wish I saved the link. Of course in the docs it’s not presented as a bribe... it’s recommendations I believe they said came from the WHO - to “help” overcome the “crisis”
