It was widely reported and circulated from 2018 on that they were shaping a plan to monitor it, and confirmed that they did, so its a definite yes, no maybe.

BUT yeah, with knowing that, is why I also get frustrated like you said, if they 'have it all' and 'caught them all' wth are they waiting for?
