Wikileaks posting shit about the American government can be good or bad. But what cannot be tolerated is the leakage of information.

Read between the lines. If Pompeo isn't outright condemning Assange, it means he doesn't think Assange is bad. But leaking classified intelligence is a problem and can destroy a country.
