I honestly have no motive. I am an engineer, (probably on some kind of spectrum if I’m totally honest) and often have trouble following literary constructs in a pattern that I’m not familiar with. You thought you were totally clear in what you said, but I interpreted what you said differently than how you intended. I do it all the time with my husband who is a history major 😊

We all have different strengths. I honestly mis-interpreted what you were trying to say. Obvious to you but not to me without the extra explanation. But thanks for patronizing me. That was not what I was trying to do although it may have seemed like it.
