I don't know what to think about the JFK Jr thing, always assumed it was just a troll. That Scavino keeps posting is confusing though, and the below video shared by u/BigMuddyMama is intriguing:

I'm not a doctor, but I play one online. To me the way she looks coupled with the fact that she hasn't been seen in public for 12 years would suggest that she's pretty troubled. She's married to this guy:
