Didn’t look at the link but (ironically?) learned about sulfurafane back when I used to listen to joe Rogan like 5 years ago - it is good for lots of disease prevention and you can get it by sprouting broccoli sprouts. Which are good in of themselves as an easy cheap way to get living plant enzymes and photochemicals even in the winter.
How about Lion’s Mane mushroom complex? See Paul Stamets.
My sister is a Naturopath and they’ve had good results including Lion’s Mane in the therapeutic mix.
Oooh, good to know. I take LM tincture mixed with rosemary and ginkgo, lemon balm and Super lysine.
I have a cousin who was damaged and she finds lions mane working well for her.
Great news!!

That is one sprout I'm not sprouting in the green house right now - never thought of it. Good to know. I think I have some broccoli seeds even.
Bookmarked.
Serious question...Listen to Mike Adams about health and ignore most of his other stuff like THE WHOLE CHINESE FLEET IS OFF THE WEST COAST?
Mike Adams is the man but yeah these days you can go a month between Situation Updates and he will be saying mostly the same stuff.
Repairs brain cells? Food for thought.

Thanks, good to know
