From a realistic standpoint, no effort to overturn the last election could succeed without control of Congress. That can't happen until 2023 with a Republican majority in both the House and Senate. If that is the plan, then talk of a 2024 run would not be inconsistent as he would be eligible to serve 2 years of the current term as well as a full 4 year term based on a 2024 victory. That would also be consistent with his golf course statement that he would be president number 45 and 47 (4 years as # 45 and 6 years as # 47).

...and as many terms as needed after that as well if we go back to the original constitution. There are no Presidential term limits as founded.
