If so, what's all the military hardware movement for? General defense posture for the transition?
If Xi's a white-hat, Kim's probably onboard too given what we saw with his Trump rapport compared to the sabre rattling missile tests now.
Personally, I think China is split, even if Xi is a white-hat, because he's got his own problems in-party... Perhaps even the PLA itself is a liability (Party controlled) and therefore Taiwan may still need defending militarily.
The Ukraine/Russia thing is clearly just part of the show, but how does it fit into the show if there's not going to be something really hot in the Pacific?
